All eggs used by McDonald’s Ireland conform to the Bord Bia Egg Quality Assurance Scheme so you can have confidence in the Irish eggs in your Bacon and Egg McMuffin™.
EQAS means that our suppliers’ egg farms are in the premier league when it comes to salmonella prevention and control and have been tested and monitored by the Department of Agriculture and Food.
